Rav Yaakov Klein is an author, lecturer, and musician who believes that Penimiyus haTorah has the power to fundamentally rewire how we think, feel, and live. In addition to serving as Rosh Kollel of the RBS Morning Kollel, Rav Klein is the founder of DorShav, a platform offering transformative courses, curricula, and Torah-based coaching. He lives in Neve Shamir with his wife Shira and their three children.

Rav Shimon Kronenberg is the Founder and Rosh Yeshiva of Yesodei Yisrael of Beit Shemesh, an innovative and leading boys high school serving the Anglo community in Israel. He has played a leading role in developing community initiatives that strengthen Torah life and engagement, including Que&A Beit Shemesh and the RBS Junior Kollel. Rav Kronenberg is also the Founder and CEO of The Yashar Group LLC, an integrated facilities management company based in New Jersey. He lives in Neve Shamir with his wife Talia and their six children.

Rav Eli Levi is a distinguished talmid chacham, mohel, sofer, shochet, and more. Born and raised in Baltimore, he learned at Yeshivat Kerem B'Yavneh and Yeshivas Ner Yisrael, where he received semicha from Rav Heineman while earning a master's in education from Johns Hopkins University. He served as a leading mechanech in Baltimore before making aliyah with his family in 2024. He now lives in Ramat Beit Shemesh and continues to teach across seminaries, yeshivos, and adult education programs.

Rav Larry Rothwachs, a licensed clinical social worker, has served as the rav of Congregation Beth Aaron in Teaneck, NJ since 2002. A musmach of RIETS, he taught for nearly two decades at YU High School for Boys and the Rosenbaum Yeshiva of North Jersey, serves as head rabbi of Camp Morasha, and is Director of Professional Rabbinics at RIETS. This summer he is making aliyah to become the founding rav of Meromei Shemesh, a new community in Ramat Beit Shemesh.

Rav Zev Sheff brings a wealth of experience and dedication to chinuch and Torah education. Born in Passaic, New Jersey, he made aliyah with his family in 2006 at the age of nine. He is deeply involved in youth programming and education for olim across the greater Beit Shemesh community and serves as a popular rebbe and mashpia at Yesodei Yisrael. A sought-after guitar teacher, he blends music and personal growth to inspire his students. He lives in Neve Shamir with his wife Temima and their three children.

Rav Mordechai Gershon, previously served as the Assistant Rabbi at Congregation Ahavath Torah in Englewood, NJ and a rebbe at the Rosenbaum Yeshiva of North Jersey prior to making aliyah with his family in 2015. He has taught in several post-high school yeshivot and seminaries since then and is currently on the faculty of Woodmont College and Touro College in Israel. He is the rav of Beit K'nesset HaMercazi in Mishkafayim, where he loves to provide spiritual support and guidance to community members and beyond.
